Copy a range of entities to a new dwg

Hello everyone~!

I want to copy entities to another DWG.  

Some invalid objectId may be outside the frame ,so  I  can't copy all entities in this model space.

The frame is  A4 drawing size frame in red frame.

I want to cope the entire A4 drawing.

Any help will be appreciated!
