Is there any difference in features between autodesk commercial and educational license ? does the commercial license have additional features and option which the education or student license does not have ?

There is no difference between commercial and educational licenses. The educational one is the same as the commercial one!

Once upon a time the educational used to embed information into the drawing that would watermark everything with "educational" on it... if it got into a business environment it was devastating because there was no real way to remove this and it could infect other drawings.

Not sure if that's still the case
