Cannot print to PDF using the API when set to turn on plot stamp, bug?

When the plot stamp is set to be turned on, using the API, the generated PDF is printed using the printer “DWG To PDF.pc3” or “AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation).pc3”. The generated pdf is 0 bytes(Invalid pdf file).

Using a non-AutoCAD PDF virtual printer is no problem.

Manual printing is no problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Additional note: (Use plot API)Tested in AutoCAD 2020 to add plot stamp has problem (generated PDF is 0Kb), in 2014 to add plot stamp has problem (more than half an hour can not generate PDF), in 2007, 2010, 2020 is no problem.
