Breakpoint for .commit

This might be more a general Visual Studio question but,

Can I set a breakpoint for every line where ".commit" is hit? 

I'm trying to discover why a document has been flagged as been modified.

Wish I could delete a post.

I realised that it's not that bad.

Short of adding a breakpoint to every .commit, and without third party software, I can press the down arrow on all find results to determine if they are in a module or subroutine that might be suspect.
