Autocad Freezing DURING START UP

Hi all,

I downloaded autocad 2015 not to long ago, the first couple of times I used it...it worked really well. Then a few days later, I opened the program and was stuck on the starter screen. I clicked "start drawing"  But nothing was happening. I DOUBLE CLICKED NOTHING AT ALL.  Clicked recent drawings...still nothing. I passed the cursor over the close button...nothing.  over the sign in area....nothing.  I'm not sure what's really going on.

I turned on my lenovo edge 2 laptop, gave it a few minutes to boot up, clicked autocad, waited a few minutes as well and then attempted to draw... but nothing happened.  I can't close the program...the only way is through "end task".

You might have an User problem or an AutoCAD Installation problem.
If you remove the UserProfile from the registry then start AutoCAD again it will create new User settings. You will see the User Install screen appear.
Remove UserProfile:
1. Regedit: Remove(or rename) HKEY_Current_User\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\Rxxx
2. Folder: delete(or rename) %appdata%\Autodesk\xxx

I've seen also problems with AutoCAD when hardware changes, such as (you wouldn't believe it) when added USB Port replicator.
The solution then is to start AutoCAD with the option /NoHardware.
And then in AutoCAD alter the configuration with 3dConfig.

When everything failed the only thing left is to uninstall en install AutoCAD again.

I've seen this error before:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at 75a3c6e3h
Cause: Within VBA, change WSCURRENT to a new Value which is the same as the previous value, for example
Set WSCURRENT=MyRibbon, when the current Ribbon is MyRibbon.
