You may glean something from these posts :

or

or (old)

or several posts here and elsewhere by Gilles regarding Templates.

My experience has been "it's better to learn to build your own"

Hi,

I think build your own templates is a good way to start learning .NET.

To build a Visual Studio template, just start an AutoCAD project from scratch and export the template.

But you can add some interesting features to you template like automating NETLOAD of your project when debugging.

I wrote a tutorial about creating a Visual Studio template for an AutoCAD C# project:

original French version

English (automatic) translation

You can also get some already made templates from this page.
