i'm wondering what one would use it for ?, if i have a specific command/workflow i'll implement it directly using the api and test it before release/distribute it, but using api to call LLM that gives non-guaranteed result it deoesn't seem like a good idea to me

What I had in mind is to have an interface to allow the user to send prompts from a different UI to assist with user interaction for certain operations. I'm thinking about some operations to be done and updated during runtime in free language- f.g. enter command [X]: 'Describe the objects you want the operation done on'- 'I need it done on all lines shorter than 1000 m' - 'I've selected the lines- is that alright?' - 'Yes but omit the longest one and go'-...-'okay done, I've created 320 circles based on your selection, should I change their layer to [Y]?' -'only the northern four please'.

This kind of interactivity with your own functions is not available otherwise (unless you implement your own 'assistant' which is a large undertaking).

I mean it's not impossible but I would prefer the user to do their operations in a single form or on the command line and not go back and fourth to the assistant for selections and analysis, and I also guess it's not too complicated to give us that.
