Import IFC File, some items are missing

Hi,

I have received a steel IFC model from my structural steel subcontractor. When I loaded it to Navisworks 14, some beams were missing. Then, I opened the same IFC in Revit, and those beams are in the model. 

I was wondering why stuff went missing during the importing process  in Navisworks and how to fix it.

If playing with the options -> File readers -> IFC does not help,
then try downloading the 30-day trial of Navisworks 2016 and use that to see if the problem could be fixed with the newest version (and service pack)

Open the IFC in Revit and export it out as a DWG then append it to Navis that should do the trick.
