'Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file' Issue

Hi, I am not able to start either 2022, 2023 or 2024 Navis Manage, I keep getting the following error, all other Autodesk products are running fine.

Is there any help out there please.

Hi @CHtCAD

Can you please ensure the user account you are accessing on the PC has the proper permission for that folder? seems like a permissions issue from the screenshot.
