Urgent - All Animations are gone

Hi all. This is very urgent because I have a meeting in 4 hours and this animation was supposed to be ready in the morning.

I didn't use Timeliner, insted I appended Revit model and used items in selection tree to create animations under a single scene. It was done yesterday, I saved and quit.

Now I opened Navis, Out of 16 floors, only the base was showing, animations were there but only moving the base floor items. Then I opened Revit and saved Revit file, refreshed Navis, all the floors came back, also coping with the animations. 

So I saved and quit. And tried to open it again in 5 minutes. Now I have the whole building but animations are totally gone. 

Please help me and help me quick because I must be ready in 4 hours!

Sorry to here that somehow the animations disappeared.

Did the filename if the Revit model change when you appended the new version?
