unable to install Autocad 2014 on a formatted computer

Hello all,

I had to format my computer, with my Autocad 2014 on.

I recieved a new link from Autodesk to download the software, but the software didn't accept my activation ("The serial number you entered is not valid")

Custommer support sent a new link so I unistalled and re-installed but now it doesn't start at all.

I had some help from the ChatGPT, didn't work.

Please advise!
