Xin

Hi @d_h_minh, I hope you are feeling very well, something you can try is to go to the Navisworks configuration options:
you look for the Model+NWD section, there you check Texture Coordinates:
I hope you find it useful, if not, you can share me your model and I will gladly review it, greetings!
Thank you for your reply.
I did so but the results didn't change.
You can see the file below and help me.
Thank you very much!
Hi, I'll check it out and let you know what I find with pleasure!
Greetings!
Hi @d_h_minh, I hope you are feeling well, after reviewing your model and using different formats I have managed to understand that the problem lies in the material of the model. For some reason, Navisworks is not interpreting it very well. So, what you have to do is to replace it with a native Navisworks one.
This can be done from here (Note that I started from the FBX for all this):
You can't create one from scratch, so I just applied any one from the library (I started from a stone one to take a similar one, but it can be any one) You just drag and drop it:
Once this is done, you delete the original with right click, delete and then right click on the new one and assign the geometry:
Once applied, open the material editor by double-clicking on the material:
Click on the image name and replace it with your original texture:
The same in relief pattern to match:
Finally you can adjust the scale of the image by clicking on it and adjusting the scale factors:
I recommend that you block the provision so that the square ratio is maintained. The last step will be to add a Box mapping:
I share with you the final file and the texture if this is useful for you.
I hope this is useful for you. If so, don't forget to mark the answer as solved, this will help the community to find solutions more easily.

Thank you very much.
