Tekla model wont import properly

I am working on a job right now that is using Navisworks for BIM coordination.  I have provided the GC with a .ifc file that was exported from Tekla.  When they import it into Navisworks its way off in the distance, and when the guy aligns it, everything is just a little off.  I am not very familiar with either program, but the GC is saying that it is our responsibility to provide a model that lines up properly, and I'm at a loss as to what to do at this point.  My detailer is importing the reference model from the GC into Tekla, and is aligning it, but its no where close when the GC opens it in Navisworks. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

It sounds like a coordinate issue.

I would review this article from Tekla https://teklastructures.support.tekla.com/support-articles/tekla-structures-base-point-coordination-...
