Starting FiletoolsTaskRunner via Windowas Task Scheduler issues

Hello Autodesk Community,

I run Navisworks Simulate 2019, specifically FiletoolsTaskRunner, in combination with E3D RVM exports. I control all exports and conversions with batch routines and macros. We use the Windows Task Scheduler to start a daily export process for our projects. I run this process on a separate machine. Since there will be updates now and then, and restarts happen every week, we used “Run whether user is logged on or not” for this process.

This worked until we switched to the user license model. Since then, the FiletoolsTaskRunner won’t start until I’m logged in and change the security options to “Run only when user is logged on”. I saw a post on Autodeskpage regarding starting Roamer.exe before using FiletoolsTaskRunner. But this didn’t help.

Any ideas why the FiletoolsTaskRunner won’t run under these conditions?
