SmartPlant 3D loader for Navisworks 2017 - wrong Piperun breakdown structure

We cannot get the same SmartPlant structure of Piperuns in Navisworks. In SP3D we have four "25-7824-ADS-1009-CC4-HW" branches with its child objects inside (see pic. 1). After using the "SmartPlant 3D loader for Navisworks 2017" plugin (VUE+xml or VUE+mdb2) in Navisworks we can see only one "25-7824-ADS-1009-CC4-HW" branch with all child objects mixed into a pile (see pic. 2). Is there any way to get the same structure in Navisworks like in SmartPlant?
