Setting ortographic view, scene lights as default for Navisworks batch run

Hello everyone, we have a batch that runs for multiple project's from Aveva Marine. By default view is perspective and lighting is always somehow dimmed. Is there any possibility to setup this in the same bat file that runs daily?

Thank you for posting,  I understand you are trying to run a batch job daily using Navisworks.

Which version of Navisworks are you using?   

Could you post a screencast or screenshots to help describe what is not working.   It would be helpful to understand your workflow and what is not working for you.

We are running Navisworks 2019, and the batch is working but we would like also to somehow setup the batch to have better lighting and orthographic view . here is the syntax screen shot from the batch:

Can we add lines to batch file with mentioned options for orthographic view and scene lights? I have attached two additional photos of default working environment and edited one, second with more lights and graduated background is what we want.

Hello @roko.katic

The batch utility will use the individual file loaders to do things like set the default view, background and render style although this is on a per file basis.

The best option for you might be a .NET plugin that loads the file then changes the current view to have the desired settings, then save an NWD file.

I recommend posting on the Navisworks API forum describing the goals of what you're trying to achieve.
