Running the Batch utility tool separately

When opening the Batch utility tool from inside NW Manage, the window remains open after closing the program and i'm able to continue using the tool. My question is: Can we just invoke the Batch utility tool without having to open NW?

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2021\FileToolsGUI.exe is where its at. Also helps to run as Administrator also.
