Revit worksets 'Not Visible by default' do not load when .RVT is appended

When I append an RVT file to Navisworks, the resulting NWC does not contain elements that are in worksets marked as UNCHECKED in 'Visible in all views' . Is there any way to make Navisworks include this content?

Yes, I already have the Revit file reader set to 'Entire Project' in Navisworks settings.

My other CAD is a Cadillac and I like to Revit to the Max!

How are you getting the model from Revit to Navisworks? Opening the .RVT directly or using the Naviswork export addin?

The Navisworks export to Navisworks is WYSIWYG relative the view that is being used for export.  If it is visible in that view within Revit, it is visible in the NWC file.  I typically created a view named Navisworks and set its visibility to show the items that I would like to see in the NWC file (can also control with a View Template).  That way, I'm covered when using Append to bring in the Revit file(s), since the import process into Navisworks with Append will look for a view named Navisworks first before choosing the default 3D view.

@dtiemeyer I see no one answered you're question, but I wanted to see if you ever figured this out.

I'm working on a job now where I have two Revit models appended directly into Navisworks.  Both contain critical worksets that don't have "Visible in All Views" checked for them.  It doesn't make sense to me that Navisworks wouldn't pull these in regardless, but that's the only thing I can figure out is happening.
