Revit parts do not have type properties

Hi,

 @lim.wendy

We made a Revit model and used the parts function to divide some walls. That works fine. However, when converting this to NavisWorks the type properties, like the assembly code, keynote, manufacturer are gone.

Is this possible to get this as well?

How must I configure the NWC export settings to get this right?

Hello @Renzo_van_Rijswijk

Please in the Navisworks Settings dialog, Check Convert construction parts.

Thank you Gasem, I watched your video. It does not solve my issue.

First, when you create a wall in Revit and set the Assembly code, export this to NavisWorks, you will see this Assembly code in the "Revit Type" tab in the properties pane... (see image 1 below)

Now, divide the wall into parts and create the NWC again. I can not see the tab "Revit Type" in the properties panel (see image 2 below). Going up one level in the selection tree does not help either. So, the Assembly code information is lost... I need this data (and others) in my finalized model... Gr. Renzo
