Hello all,

I would like to ask a question about rendering in the cloud. I use Infraworks 2017 Manage and would like to render an imported model, but when I click on 'Render in cloud' I only get a white screen. Can anyone help me? I am now trying for hours but unfortunately it doesn't work. I have already logged in with my account on Autodesk Rendering

Hi,

 

I haven't used the 2017 version for a while now, but have you got the latest updates installed? I think it should be 2017.2. Try logging onto your Autodesk account and under Project & Services > select Project Updates. You will be able to download the update directly from there. 

 

Give that ago and then see if it fixes the problem.
