Raster Image coming in blank?

I have a raster image in my AutoCAD model that shows up blank  when in Navisworks...what do I have to do differently?

In Navisworks, try different the Render modes of your view. If might be that it only shows in rendered mode.

"Decals" like that have never worked.  The only way I've gotten them to work is to use materials.

Yes, materials is the way to go. But as the link describes it is a little clunky. I've done a few and getting the resolution/placement takes some patience and in some cases I've had to flip the image so it shows properly in Navisworks. In addition if you want the image to show in a distributed NWD Freedom file you have to "send" the image also so the user can place it where they access the NWD. Otherwise it will come up blank on their end.
