Protocol violation error

I'm having issues with Navisworks Manage 2016, where sometimes when I try to save a big file or check it back into Vault is get the following error message..

Server Committed a Protocol violation

Section=ResponceStatusLine

I've done all kinds of web searches, as well as all the threads here and haven't found anything definitive as to whats causing it or how to fix it.  Has anyone else run into this issue?

I really think this is a Vault issue, because it is complete unknown to me.

Did you post it also in that Forum ?

Thank you for posting this error, please provide me more information so I can try help you resolve this issue. 

Can you send me a copy of the files you are trying to check into the Vault Server, so I can try and reproduce the error you are seeing?

What version of Vault Server and Navisworks are you using?
