Point Cloud snapping with measure tool

Hi All,

It's been a while since I've worked with Navisworks and point clouds - the last time was Navisworks 2023. Now I'm using 2024, and I find that when I'm using the measure tool, it snaps to point cloud points as I move the cursor over the point cloud. The problem is that it lags, so no matter how fast I move the cursor it hesitates while its computing the snaps and just makes navigation frustrating and very difficult to accurately select the points I'm interested in.

I've disabled all snapping options in the options diaglue, but it hasn't helped. 

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
