Plugin errors

when trying to open DWG files we are receiving an erro that states "no plugin exists"  D9855301.dwg and then the next time we received #3584004.

this has worked in the past and now it has just started these error messages and files can not be opened.

Hello @Anonymous, 

Do you know if your DWG file was saved in a year that is ahead of the Navisworks release date? I.e AutoCAD 2019 in Navisworks 2018 (or previous). Try saving the DWG down to the year your Navisworks was released. 

If both files are saved in the same year, save your DWG file to a DWF file format. Navisworks can open DWF files.
