Plugin Coordination is not synchronizing issues with ACC.

I use the Coordination plugin to open issues in the NWD file within Navisworks. However, it's not working; an error message appears in the issues tab, as shown in the attached image.
I open the NWD file through the Desktop Connector; it has issues in the ACC, but it doesn't synchronize in Navisworks:
I've done many tests, such as reinstalling the plugin and Navisworks, changing my account permissions, but the error persists. Other people working with different logins don't encounter this error; it only happens with my login.
Some time ago, this problem was happening to me. After many tests, the only solution that worked was to recreate my Windows user. But it's impractical to do this process every time this problem occurs. I would like to know if there is another solution.
