No Plug-in Exist (Appending RVT file to Naviswork)

Hi all,
Navisworks Manage 2025 shows this error when I try to Append any Revit file from my local drive and also in ACC. (No plugin exists that will open Project1.rvt).

- Revit file is 2025 version

- Revit File Reader appears under Options > File Readers > Revit

Any known fixes or missing components I should install?
