Need dos command in .bat file for Windows Scheduled Task Manager

While converting Smart3D extracted .vue file into .nwd file using navisworks simulate 2021, we need dos command which will help us to set different color for "Approval Status".Currently we have to open nwf file and need to do it manually as Select properties from Selection tree - Right click- Override Item- Override color.

Instead of manually can we set up in script?

If yes, please share that scipt.
