Navisworks Simulate 2022 showing wireframe

After downloading Navisworks Simulate 2022 I couldn't view my model in "shadowed" form. If you see attached picture the model is showing all piping components in wireframe. Is there an OE for Navisworks 2022? When I had the OE for Navisworks 2020 I did not have this issue. Someone please provide some assistance as my local company support has no clue how to address this issue.

The AutoCAD Plant OE didn't work either, not sure if using CADWorx makes any difference. But nothing is working from this forum or Autodesk Support.
