Navisworks Simulate 2016, Can I rotate a model?

Hello

I haven't been working in Navisworks for a few years.  I have Simulate.  Am I able in Simulate to move or rotate a model that I bring in to align it to the previous version of that model to compare them?  If so, how?  See Image if you are wondering what I am working with.

Thank You

yes, but only the following way:

in an NWF, select the model in the selection tree

Right mouse menu -> Units and transform

in the middle, you can fill in a rotation angle

in the case Z is upwards and you want to rotate around the verical axis

try to fill in

5,0 Degrees about 0 / 0 / 1

You will have to gess and repeat step by step until the models align.

When it is aligned, save the nwf and it will remember the transformation, even when the model is overwritten with a updated version of the model.
