Hello dear professionals,

please advise how this can be achieved in navis( snap shot is attached)
its a snapshot from navis where you can see grouped different parameters as per schedules in Revit

Pset Railing Pro... its a name of a schedule in a Revit. All the rest it is column headers in a revit schedule. Here people were checking if the column header name is correct ...

I had a nice write up on how to do this but lost it 😥. Here is a video showing the process....

uses these steps to make as many Selection Sets as you needed.

Update.... right after I posted it, I found the written instructions i wrote....

  • In Navisworks open the Sets window and the Find Items windows
  • In the Find Items window set a search for this
    • You should be able to use this format to find other parameters from your schedule as well.
  • Once set, pick the Find All button in the bottom Left
    • This should select the items based on the criteria specified

                   Find Assembly Code.JPG

  • In the Sets window
  • Pick the Binoculars (Save Search) option
  • The selection set will be created
    • name it as needed

  • once a select set is made, Right Click in the Sets window and pick New Folder
    • the selection set can be moved to the new folder for future use.
