Navisworks Manage 2024 User-Defined Property Export For FBX Not Working

According to the official release document, Navisworks now supports user-defined property export to FBX since 2023 version.

However, I am using Navisworks Manage 2024 and added a custom tab/property then exported FBX in ASCII format, while properties included in SmartPlant 3D tab are exported, the added property tab Test is nowhere to be found.

Moreover, after opening the exported FBX, exported properties aren't shown in the Selection Tree > Properties panel, nor in the item's Properties panel.

I' m wondering if I missing something here? Or by user-defined properties, it simply refers to those that are included in the source models, tabs/properties that are added through Navisworks API or UI (right click in properties panel and add new user data tab) won't be included in the exported FBX?

Hi @xiaodong_liang ,  if possible, would you please kindly help clarify if this is the case or I've missed anything?
