Navisworks Manage 2018 Switchback with Revit 2018 not working

I created a NWC within Revit 2018 with the Navisworks addin under external tools > Navisworks 2018.

Then i created a nwf of all my NWCs. 

I then created clash detection and selected an item then under Item Tools > Switchback i get the attached error. 

Clearly i have this addin installed, because i used it to create the NWC in step 1.  

how do I fix this issue? (yes, all my my applications are up to date per the Desktop App Manager)

Make sure that you have Revit open and that you have enabled the Switchback functionally under Add-Ins >> External Tools >> Navisworks Switchback 2018.

I have everything , but when i'm trying to use it the revit icon is    highlighting but doesn't work   doesnt switchback . 

any tips how to solve it ?
