Navisworks Manage 2016 crashes when adding a MS-project file in timeliner

Hello everybody,

I want to use a MS-project schedule in my Navisworks project. This is my first time I'm going to use this feature, so maybe i'm missing some knowledge. I first had Navisworks Manage 2016 installed on my pc (I think about a year now) and since yesterday MS Project 2010 (I learned the hard way I need it on my pc if I want to make the connection ;-))

Now,  I open my  Navisworks-project and also my MS-project with schedule. Then I go in Navisworks to the TimeLiner and the Tab Datasources. I choose Add Microsoft Project 2007-2013. When I do that Navisworks crashes instantly (see attachment for screenshot)

Am I doing something wrong?

I've already tried a different Navisworks-project and a simple new schedule (only 3 tasks). But everytime the result is the same, instant crash.

I hope someone is able to help me.

Autodesk, is it possible to get an update on this issue?

In attempt to fix an unrelated problem we uninstalled office and Project 32 bit and installed 64 bit of each and this appears to have fixed the issue on my machine, however it hasn't on another machine...

Autodesk, still waiting for an answer on this.

Having the same issue with Navisworks Manage 2017. Instant Crash when selecting MS project options. 
Auto-desk some answers would be great.

Can you export CSV file from MS project then import it in Navisworks
