Hi.

 

Navisworks crashes when I change appearance in timeliner configure. I found this article when searching for a solution. Turns out this has already been resolved.

The article says to update Navisworks.

My Navisworks Manage 2019 version build is 16.0.1326.55 which I feel like is not the latest version otherwise the issue would have been resolved. When I open my Autodesk Desktop App it shows that my Navisworks Manage is up to date.

If I follow the steps in the article and go to Autodesk Account Panel>All products and services, none of my software are shown there. I have a BDS licence and have 2019.2 versions of all software installed. Images attached. Thanks.

Looks like I have a newer version. I update from the Autodesk Desktop App.
