Navisworks Color conversion

Navisworks Simulate 2013.

I have modified the color.txt file to convert the colors from a PDMS Review file to those I want displayed in Navis works however the resultant colors are not at all acurate. For example the color white in navisworks has RGB values 255,255,255. The RGB percentage values required in the color.txt file are set to 100,100,100.

When the RVM file is opened in Navisworks the element that should be white are displayed as a shade of grey with the RGB values 153,153,153 (they should be 255,255,255) the same applies to all other colors. The conversion is completely inaccurate. A solution to accurate conversion of colors would be appreciated.

Has there been any further information on this. I too am struggling to understand how to use the color indexes shown in the colors.txt file. When I use the color index 12 (Light Grey) and create a rule assigning that to EQUI in PDMS it comes out deep purple in Navisworks.

Any help from the guys using Navisworks with PDMS would be greatly appreciated. Actually we are using the new E3D but this all seems to work the same way in either.
