Naviswork Manag 2015 now unusable due to "Working..." pop-up constantly showing

Hello,

So I have this .nwf file that countains 6 IFC files (that are not that big, when I save the projet to .NWD file size is 40mb). I am using the timeliner so I have created about 100 search sets. Everytime I do an action such as: changing slection tree selection, hiding, clicking a set or search sets, going to timeliner, etc, a pop-up window appears and disappears many time for a minute or two. This greatly slows my work and make it almost impossible to work with. I can read the popup title is "Working...." and description is "Searching". Can't cancel as they appear and disappear many times.

Any thoughts on how to use Navisworks again?

I have attached a screen shot of that annoying non-stop pop up window.

What are you trying to accomplish ? See the different construction phases in different viewpoints ?
Is it likely that you will get an update of (one of) the IFC files ? If not, save your search sets (the query ) into select sets (the result) this would prevent the query to run again each time you want to make the same seletion. If so, use ad Save As (NWF or NWD) firist. Keep the original file for when an update comes, keep the new file to further process.
