Multiple Users Update The Same NWF for Navisworks Manage for Clash Resolution

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to have multiple users who can open and update the same NWF for Navisworks Manage for Clash Resolution?

Or

Is there a way we can import back HTML report to Navisworks Manage? I am thinking maybe, we can work on the report file and import it back to the system.

I would really appreciate if someone can assist me with this as I am currently trying to figure out the best way to resolve clashes with multiple users.

Only ONE user can open the same NWF file at a time. However, multiple users can open multiple copies of this NWF file then Merge their input into a single NWF file.

This is wrong. Multiple people can open the same exact nwf file and NO notice or warning is given that others already have it open. Everybody in the file can save the file with no idea that anyone else is in it. Only the last person to save it before closing the file gets to have their changes saved. All other saves performed before then will have no effect. Navisworks manage 2020.

Thanks for the feedback. what i meant is that only ONE user can open the NWF file for editing. While multiple users cannot sync. their work simultaneously to the same NWF file.
