Whats the difference between NW Manage 2020 desktop icon and the NW Manage 2020 BIM 360 icon? The only difference I can see is when the BIM 360 icon is launched the dialog box asking which server to use is presented, but not when launching the foregoing icon? Is there any more differences?

Hi @bill.rice

The one without "BIM 360" uses normal licensing, and the one with "BIM 360" starts Navisworks with BIM 360 licensing (i.e. you need to be a BIM 360 Glue Project Admin).

The only technical difference is the Navisworks BIM 360 variant starts Navisworks with the "-licensing BIM 360" command line option added.

Please select the "Accept as Solution" button if my post answers your question.

Your answer makes sense on the licensing end. But I can still use BIM 360 within Navisworks Manage... so what is the point of starting with the BIM 360 Licenser?
