Internal error when opening 2019 SketchUp model in Navis Manager 2020.

I received a 2019 SketchUp model from a client that keeps giving me an internal error message  when I try to open it.  I asked my client and he could open it in his NavisWorks Manager 2020 on his desktop.  Is there a add on or plug in for Naviswork that comes with the Sketchup Install that I need to get?

Navis can natively open the SketchUp file. The problem might be the Sketchup version is newer than was 2019 can import and 2020 can. Just a thought.

The client who sent the model can open the sketchup file in his Naviswork Manage 2020  so I don't think it is a compatibility issue.

The reason I think it is a compatibility issue is that it opens in 2020 for the client, but not in your version of 2019.
