HTML Tabular Report Formatting

I am trying to export clash reports to HTML Tabular so I can open them in Excel and share with the project team.  We have members that do not have Navisworks, so we want to make sure these reports are usable by all.  When I open the HTML in Excel, I can not get the rows to format properly to fit to picture size.  From what I have seen on the web, the report should be formatted properly when opening.  

I am using a 4K display computer, I am wondering if that is causing any of the issues.

What you are experiencing is normal behavior that I have seen.

I would suggest opening the file in Word. This will ensure that the image will fit within the row. You will just have to adjust the width of your paper to contain all the fields you want to see.
