How to save colors in Simulate ?

We have a color chart for new and existing items in our models and I create these in Simulate but how can I save time by calling up some sort of saved file with all these colors already created.

Have a look at the Appearance Profiler. This allows you to set up, apply, and share various color schemes based on object properties.
