same to UCS About the X , Y , or Z Axis as shown in picture

As far as I know, you can't change the orientation, only the position of the gizmo.

It seems that it's not possible, however, while using the Transform-Rotate gizmo:

To rotate the orientation of the gizmo to an arbitrary position, hold down the CTRL key while dragging one of the three curves in the middle.

EDIT: Sorry I didn't notice this was an old post, I've been looking for a solution to do so while using the Move or Scale gizmo.

Bump. The last post was 2 years ago has there been any updates or has anyone been able to figure out how to align the Item Move Gizmo with the project?
