How do you change size of maximize, minimize, close, and expand buttons on dialog windows?

In Navisworks Manage 2022, how do you change size of maximize, minimize, close, and expand buttons on dialog windows?  The buttons are very small and difficult to see.

Is that issue related to NW only or all other software as well?
