Grass texture disappears on Navisworks Freedom.

I am saving as a .nwd so that someone can view the navisworks file with Freedom so that they don't have to pay for the license.

There is a problem with the grass. When I open the .nwd file with Simulate there's no problem, the texture of the grass is there. However when I open with Freedom, the grass textures is gone, the outside floor is white.

What would be causing this ? How do I fix this problem ?

Do not use Save As, Use Publish
Check that the 3rd last option "Embed ReCap and Texture data" is checked.
-> The NWD file will be larger, but the materials now are saved within the NWD.
If you want to prevent the someone to re-use the NWD, uncheck may be re-saved and set a Password and Expiration date.

If you want the someone to be able to use the NWD as a reference in Navisworks, Autocad, Revit or Inventor, do NOT set a password and expiration date and Do check "may be re-saved"
