Getting going with Navisworks

I work at an architecture firm and am being tasked with learning Navisworks. A few questions about how to get started. The project we are working on has several Revit models involved that are on BIM 360. They are all Revit 2021 models. I currently have Navisworks manage 2023 installed. Do I need to find and download 2021? How do I open these files that are on BIM 360? Thanks in advance.

Update. I just tried to open Navisworks Manage 2023 (BIM 360) Version but it tells me 'BIM 360 log-in glue failed' then it says 'you do not have suitable BIM 360 authorization to use this product' both only have 'OK' as response option then the program shuts down. Not sure why because I can Access bim360 projects through Revit and I pay for bim360 access.
