Is there a way to search for multiple items at once in Naviworks Freedom.

sure there is, you need to go to search and insert the different criteria, or you can create selection sets:

Select & Search panel in Freedom is limited only to Select all / Select same features in addition to the selection tree that may include predefined selection sets published from Manage or Simulate versions of Navisworks.

Unfortunately, Complete search capabilities are not available with Freedom.

I Don't Think This is Possible in Freedom, But we can Find Duplicate Through Navisworks Manage 's Clash Detective Feature.
