Fabrication 2017 straight duct items only showing as 100mm long in Navis 2018

Can anyone please explain how to fix this problem. My fabrication 2017 standard straight duct items only showing as 100mm long in Navis 2018 when they should be 1400mm long. They are shown as 1400mm long in Autocad.

I understand that you have 1400 mm long duct in Fabrication in 2017 and you only get 100 mm long duct in Navisworks 2018.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

I can see that behavior in the attachment you provided. Thank you for sharing.

Does it happen with any ducts or only certain duct?

I am trying to understand your workflow from Fabrication to Navisworks.

Do you export IFC from Fabrication and append it in Navisworks?

What happen if you export that model from Fabrication and append it again?

Prior to append a model in Navisworks, please delete existing NWC file and let new NWC being generated.
