Recently my multiple users started reporting and issue with opening any .rpc file in Navisworks Manage 2023/2021 . Opening of files can take up to 15 minutes, not depending on location or size of file opening. Usually it lasted about 3-5 seconds.
Interestingly enough, if at any point they disconnect internet connection, file opens instantly.
Also if they start opening the file without internet it opens instantly.
If file is located on some shared recourses and they initiate opening of file, and then terminate internet it still opens it and also instantly.
I have to state that these are very new and very powerful machines, so there is absolutely no reason to suspect hardware.
In addition to this, other users on same PC spec, same settings, just different accounts have no issues at all.
Furthermore, "Appearance Profiler" has not been modified at any way, nor any other program settings that would you usually think of.
Any suggestion and help is appreciated.
