Export of Navis sections into AutoCAD ?
No, in navisworks only images of a section.
But you can import in autoCAD the NWC files as external reference

have you tried printing to a Vector PDF? then the PDF could be brought into AutoCAD and converted.

Nope, Never had a need to 😊. Just throwing it out there as an option to try since AutoCAD can import a Vector PDF and convert it to linework.
