Elbows not showing in Navisworks

Elbows are not showing in Navisworks.

Model from AutoCAD Plant 3D 2022, Navisworks 2023, Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D 2022 Object Enabler.

The elbows did previously show when using a different user account on machine, but now don't work on another user account, I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Object Enabler and have deleted NWC files.

It could be that your Navisworks is 2023 and the rest are 2022. I'm sure I read somewhere that they all have to be the same - e.g. 2022.

I recommend uninstalling all 2022 object enablers and install the 2023 object enablers.

In my experience the older object enablers dont work on the newer versions of Navisworks.

The newer object enablers work for all previous versions.

Thanks for the response, but I don't believe there is a 2023 object enabler available yet.
